What is TruCouncil?

TruCouncil is a platform that generates complete business foundations from a single structured brief. It produces 13 connected deliverables — financial model, pitch deck, brand identity, business plan, website blueprint, legal documents, and more — all coherent with each other because they draw from the same underlying Business Memory.

What is Business Memory?

Business Memory is the structured model TruCouncil builds from your brief. It holds the company's positioning, financials, brand identity, and strategic context — not as a document, but as a connected model every output draws from. Change the pricing strategy and the financial model updates; refine the brand voice and the pitch deck reflects it.

What's included in every build?

Every build generates a complete company package: financial model, pitch deck, brand identity, website blueprint, legal setup, business plan, go-to-market strategy, and more — 13 documents in total, delivered as a ZIP archive.

What language is the output in?

Swedish or English — you choose at the time of the brief. All 13 documents are generated in the selected language, including market data and legal-style naming conventions.

How accurate are the financial projections?

Financial projections are generated from your brief inputs — revenue model, pricing, cost structure, and growth assumptions. They are structured and internally consistent, but they are projections, not guarantees. Always validate financial models with a qualified advisor before presenting them to investors.

Can TruCouncil update outputs if my business changes?

Yes. Business Memory retains your business context between sessions. When your strategy, pricing, or positioning changes, TruCouncil can regenerate affected deliverables against the updated foundation rather than starting from scratch.

Pricing

Can I try before subscribing?

Yes. The Starter plan is a one-time purchase for 699 kr — no subscription, no commitment. You get the full build output and can decide afterwards if a monthly plan fits your workflow.

Is there a contract?

No contract for Solo and Agency — month-to-month, cancel anytime. Enterprise plans run on annual agreements with custom terms.

What happens if I exceed my build limit?

Additional builds are available at 199 kr per build for Solo and Agency plans. You will not be automatically charged — you choose when to add more.

Can I add more seats to my Agency plan?

Yes. Agency plans support up to 10 users. Additional seats beyond the base 5 are available at 399 kr/month per user.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices are stated inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%) unless noted otherwise.

How quickly will I get a response?

When can I get access?

TruCouncil is currently in early access. Selected applicants are invited ahead of the public launch. Apply at trucouncil.com/early-access and we will notify you when your spot is available.

Who is TruCouncil built for?

Do I need technical knowledge to use TruCouncil?

No. TruCouncil is a web application that guides you through a structured brief. No coding, no configuration, no templates to fill manually.

Who owns the generated content?

You own the documents and content generated specifically for your brief. TruCouncil retains ownership of the platform, AI models, design systems, and all other software.

Is my business data kept private?

Yes. Your brief and generated outputs are associated with your account and are not shared with other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Does TruCouncil provide legal or financial advice?

No. All content generated by TruCouncil is AI-generated and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified advisors before making business decisions based on AI-generated material.
